Project indoor Learjet31A..

I enjoyed my first slowflyer (own design) very well, but it did not looked much like a real aircraft.
Since I also have some experience with designing electric ducted fans, so why not combine all this together? This is what I ended up with after a few months.......

I was a little nervous about the first flight.
But...the first flight was a real surprise!
She took off with ease, and responded very well
to the controls, I could throttle back to half power
and really enjoy flying low and slow.
Flight behavior was comparable with a bleriot III
but what a different sight!

wingspan: 123cm 48in  
wing area: 25 sq.dm 388 sq.in.  
wingloading: 10 gr/sq.dm 3.5oz/sq.ft.  
fuselage max. diam.: 12cm 4.7in.  
total length: 117cm 46 in.  
battery: 7cell 150mAh, NiCd or: 6 cell 270mAh, NiCd  
flying time 4-5 minutes on 7x150mAh weight ready to fly: 260 gr. 9.3oz
flying time 7-8 minutes on 6x270mAh weight ready to fly: 270 gr. 9.6oz.
easy take off within 5 meters 17ft.  
 
controls: motor speed, elevator, rudder
servo's: 2x eos 6 gr.
speed control: schulze slim 18be
receiver: Simprop indoor 9 gr.
fuselage: depron, hot wire cut to 1.5mm(1/16 in.), hot moulded
wings: styrofoam, eppler 358, hollow inside, hot wire cut.
